About the trip
Shirdi is the town where Sai Baba lived and is buried, and it draws devotees of every faith throughout the year. The Samadhi Mandir is the main shrine, with Dwarkamai and Chavadi close by. The road from Aurangabad goes west through Vaijapur, taking about two and a half hours, which makes an easy same-day pilgrimage with time for darshan and lunch.
